DAY 1 Johannesburg to Sun City
Early arrival at O. R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. On arrival you will be met by a local representative. We then make our way to Sun City. Upon arrival at Sun City you will be taken to your hotel of choice and will spend the remainder of the day at leisure. The Sun City resort has a renowned reputation within the international community and is highly regarded as a world class entertainment venue that caters for a large range of foreign and local visitors. The complex hosts numerous facilities such as casino, a variety of gourmet restaurants scattered on the property in varying settings, 2 leading golf courses and extensive sports facilities. Over the years this resort has hosted star-studded spectaculars and the current brand ambassador is the Hollywood sensation and Oscar Winning Charlize Theron. In addition the property hosts many water-based and outdoor activities that appeal to both the young and young-at-heart adventure seeking and sun loving individuals.

DAY 2 Sun City - Pilanesburg National Park Safari
Early morning wake up call for your safari in Pilanesberg National Park, South Africa's fourth largest Big 5 game reserve. The reserve is situated in the crater of a long extinct volcano and has an attractive landscape comprising rocky outcrops, open grasslands, wooded valleys and dense thickets. Mankwe Dam, a lake in the middle of the park, offers excellent bird watching from creatively constructed hides. You will be taken on an informative game drive through the park as your ranger points out the host of mammals, other animals and plants to be seen here. Return to the hotel in time for breakfast. DAY 3 Sun City to Kapama OR Sabi Sabi Game Reserve via Johannesburg
Say farewell to the staff of Sun City and we make our way to OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg for our journey to the Kruger region. On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport:
3/4 Star Option: Proceed to Domestic Departures for your flight to Hoedspruit Airport. On arrival at Hoedspruit Airport you will be met by a Representative of Kapama Game Reserve and will be transferred to the lodge. We arrive at Kapama late afternoon and will embark on our first evening safari. This reserve contains the Big 5 species in abundance and has strategically placed waterholes that draw various species of game for their afternoon drink before they take shelter for the night. This could give you a unique opportunity to witness firsthand the behavioural patterns of the various species, and even perhaps a kill. We will stop along the way for sundowners and enjoy a true African sunset over the distant Drakensberg Mountains. As night falls your ranger will use a large spotlight to pick out the shining eyes of the nocturnal animals of the bush. Return to the lodge, where there will be time to freshen up before dinner.

5 Star Option: You will be dropped off at Charter Airline departure lounge for your scheduled charter flight to the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. On arrival at Sabi Sabi Game Reserve's airstrip you will be met by a Representative of and will be transferred to the lodge. Check in at Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge. You will be given time after check-in to relax before you embark on your first evening safari. Sabi Sabi has no fences between the reserve and the Kruger Park, which allows for the big game to move freely through this unspoiled region. The Reserve abounds with biodiversity of habitat and wildlife giving you an excellent opportunity to have closer encounters with the 'Big Five' - elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard - as well as wild dog and cheetah. Whilst on safari you will enjoy sundowners giving you the opportunity to stretch your legs and cast your mind to the distant African sunset. Upon return to the lodge, you will be given time to freshen up before partaking in dinner in one of the many tranquil set restaurants.

DAY 4 Morning Bush Walk and Afternoon Safari
After breakfast you will explore the bush on foot, accompanied by our ranger. You will get the opportunity on this day to learn how to track animals from their footprints and dung and find out about the fascinating medicinal properties of the area's plants. The rest of the day will be spent at leisure; you can relax at the Lodge's swimming pool or maybe indulge in an optional spa treatment. In the afternoon high tea is served before you depart on your second evening game drive, hopefully spotting the animals that eluded you the previous day. Dinner this evening will be served in one of the themed restaurants, which could be indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather.

DAY 5 Kruger - Cape Town via Johannesburg
Early Morning Safari followed by breakfast. We depart for the scenic Panorama Route en-route to Johannesburg. A highlight of the Panorama Route is the third largest canyon in the world, the Blyde River Canyon, which has several impressive view points. When we arrive at OR Tambo International Airport we proceed to Domestic Departures for our onward flight to Cape Town. On Arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met by a local representative who will transfer you from the airport to your hotel. The remainder of your day is at leisure. We recommend that you spend some time exploring the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, which offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

DAY 6 Cape Town - City Orientation Tour
Today you will be taken on a half day City Orientation Tour. Cape Town is rich in historical and cultural heritage and natural beauty. Some of the highlight stops on this tour will be the Company Gardens, the Castle of Good Hope and the lively Greenmarket Square - where you can purchase arts and crafts from all over Africa. You will also take a trip through the colourful Bo Kaap area, known as the home of the 'Cape Malays'. Weather permitting; you also have the option of a trip up Cape Town's landmark, Table Mountain. The tour will end into the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, where you can take an afternoon scheduled trip to the Waterfront or possibly take the scheduled tour to Robben Island. Enjoy dinner at leisure tonight.

DAY 7 Cape Town - Cape Peninsula Tour
After breakfast we head out for a full day excursion to the magnificent scenery and wildlife of the Cape Peninsula. This tour includes a boat trip to Duiker Island, where thousands of Cape Fur Seals live, and later a lunch in the cosy Naval village of Simon's Town. We will visit Boulders Beach to see one of South Africa's two land-based African Penguin colonies and then continue along the False Bay coastline to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Have your photos taken at the most south western tip of the African continent and enjoy an invigorating walk, or leisurely funicular trip, up to the Cape Point lighthouses to admire the dramatic cliffs and amazing views. The day ends at the beautiful Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. Dinner this evening is at leisure.

DAY 8 Cape Town
You will have today at leisure, and can choose between a wide variety of optional tours or activities. Alternatively you may decide to spend the day at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront to enjoy some shopping and the many other attractions and activities on offer here - the Aquarium, boat trips and scenic helicopter flips to name a few. You could even visit one of Cape Town's many beautiful beaches to soak up the sun. Today will also be a good opportunity to go up Table Mountain, if the weather is favourable.

DAY 9 Cape Town - onward travel
A local representative will meet you in the reception of the hotel and transfer you to Cape Town International Airport for your onward flight.
